Beacon of Hope is a community-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families in need through acts of kindness, compassion, and service. We provide meals, holiday gifts, and school supplies to children and families facing financial hardship across Duplin County and surrounding areas.

Beacon of Hope began as a small, family-led effort to give back to the community. After experiencing firsthand the struggles of growing up with limited resources, our founder created Beacon of Hope to help ease those burdens for others — providing relief, encouragement, and hope for a brighter future.

Our main community initiatives include:

🎄 Operation Santa Clause: Providing gifts and meals to families during the holidays.

🦃 Thankful for Thanksgiving: Supplying groceries to families in the Duplin County Backpack Program.

🎒 Back to School Backpack Program: Equipping children with school supplies for a strong start to the school year.

Yes! Every donation helps us serve more families in need. You can give financially, donate goods (like toys, non-perishables, or school supplies), or sponsor a family during one of our programs.
